Anti-slip glass is an innovative floor material made from tempered glass as the base material through a multi-layer process combined with a special anti-slip film layer (NSS). Its anti-slip layer is formed by high-temperature sintering of sand particles and glaze. By increasing the surface roughness, the friction coefficient is significantly enhanced, and it still maintains excellent anti-slip performance in a humid environment. This material adopts a sandwich structure composed of 2-3 layers of glass substrates and a polymer intermediate layer, which complies with the GB9962-1999 safety standard and can still maintain its supporting function when damaged . The product achieves visual transparency while maintaining a light transmittance of 85%, and is widely used in the ground paving of commercial Spaces, public facilities and special environments.

Anti-slip glass is composed of a glass substrate and a surface anti-slip layer as its core structure. The substrate is made of semi-tempered or fully tempered glass with a stress value of 25-200 mpa. The anti-slip layer is composed of sand particles with a particle size of 75-710μm and glaze material accounting for 50%-90%, and is formed into a functional layer with a thickness of 75μm-1mm through high-temperature sintering. The sandwich structure version uses PVB, SGP or PU as the intermediate bonding layer to form a 2-3 layer composite safety structure.

The micron-sized rough surface is formed by the protrusion of sand particles, making the static friction coefficient in the wet state reach above 0.45. During the sintering process of the glaze, a rigid support framework is formed to ensure that the distribution density of the sand particles exceeds 20% coverage . Compared with the mechanical etching process, this structure not only avoids the problem of surface pit and scale accumulation, but also maintains the wear resistance of a Mohs hardness of more than 10.

It includes four core process routes: mechanical scattering of sand particles after glaze screen printing, electrostatic adsorption of sand particles after glaze spraying, pre-mixing of glaze and sand particles and then screen printing for forming, and mixing of sand particles and glaze and spraying for forming. All processes must be treated in a tempering furnace at 680-720℃ to melt the glaze and form chemical bonds with the substrate. During the production process, it is necessary to precisely control the particle size distribution of sand particles and the viscosity of glaze to ensure that the thickness tolerance of the anti-slip layer is less than ±15μm.

It is divided into two types: single-layer anti-slip glass flooring and laminated anti-slip glass flooring. Single-layer products are suitable for indoor places with lower load requirements. The sandwich version is composed of 2-3 layers of glass substrates and can bear dynamic loads of more than 300kg/m². The special version can achieve night visibility by adding phosphors or photoluminescent materials.

The main properties tested include: light transmittance of over 85% (for a thickness of 10+10mm), Mohs hardness of 6-7, linear expansion coefficient of 9×10⁻⁶/℃ [1], and resistance to sudden temperature changes of 120℃. The impact resistance performance of the sandwich product reaches that a 1.2m steel ball can fall freely without penetration.
