Window laminated glass is a type of safety glass made by sandwiching high molecular materials such as PVB (polyvinyl acetal) or SGP (ionic interlayer) between two or more pieces of glass and then laminating them under high temperature and high pressure. 1. Installation precautions of window laminated glass
Edge treatment: Must be finely ground and edging (to prevent the PVB layer from getting damp)
Frame adaptation: It is recommended to use broken bridge aluminum or plastic steel window frames (to reduce the thermal bridge effect)
Sealant selection: Neutral silicone sealant (strong weather resistance, no corrosion to PVB layer)

Cleaning: Soft cloth + neutral detergent (Avoid alcohol, ammonia water, etc. from corroding PVB)
Inspection: Regularly check if the edge seals are aged (once every 5 to 8 years)
