SGP laminated glass (SentryGlas® Ionoplast) is a high-performance laminated glass with an ionic polymer intermediate layer, developed by DuPont. Compared with traditional PVB laminated glass, it has achieved breakthrough improvements in strength, rigidity and weather resistance, and has become the preferred material for super high-rise buildings, large-span glass structures and safety-critical parts.

Features
High strength: The shear modulus of SGP intermediate film is 5 times that of PVB, the tear strength is2 times that of PVB, and it can withstand greater impact force and load.
High rigidity: The higher stiffness of SGP laminated glass can reduce the deformation of glass under load, and is suitable for large glass and structural glass applications.
Excellent impact resistance: When subjected to impact, SGP laminated glass is able to maintain higher integrity, evenif the glass breaks, the debris will be firmly adhered to the intermediate film.
