The principle of sound insulation effect produced by sound insulation glass: Various outdoor sound sources emit noise, which is transmitted through the air medium. When the noise reaches the sound insulation glass doors and Windows, it is gradually attenuated by the sound insulation glass. Especially when the noise passes through the sound insulation damping glue, the medium-wave noise and long-wave noise are absorbed, distorted and attenuated by the sound insulation damping glue, which can effectively filter out the medium and long-wave noise. The noise that finally enters the room is only about 5%. The medium and long-wave noises have basically disappeared and are hardly heard anymore. The feeling inside the room has suddenly become softer, and it's much more comfortable to stay indoors. As the saying goes: When in the bustling city, the dream of having a heart in the countryside comes true.
Depending on the intensity of the external noise, we adopt different combination schemes of soundproof glass. Generally, the indoor environment can meet the highest national quietness standard (noise level 0).

In a large number of actual installation and application processes, outdoor noise of different degrees, after being measured, analyzed and judged by our company's professional personnel, and adopting the most suitable sound insulation combination solution, can all reach below 40 decibels. In some areas, it can even reach 30-33 decibels, and the basements in villa areas are generally 28-32 decibels.
Performance advantage
1. Soundproof glass (laminated glass) adopts the double-layer sound insulation and heat insulation technology commonly used in spacecraft Windows worldwide. It will not shatter, nor will it splash and hurt people or cause other injuries. Golf balls, baseball balls and bricks cannot be penetrated. It can also withstand the impact of small explosions. The glass material has a capacity of 18kg/m2.
2. The film of the sound-insulating glass is used as an intermediate film and processed together with the two layers of glass through a special technique. It is a new type of environmentally friendly glass product with a very high technological content.
3. The soundproof glass profiles are made of high-quality and high-strength industrial aluminum profiles. The surface is electrostatically sprayed, presenting a luxurious and elegant appearance that is durable. It is strictly produced in accordance with the national standard of the People's Republic of China (GB/T 5237.4-2000) to ensure that it does not fade or fall off for 10 years.
4. The PVC airtight strips of the sound insulation glass are added with new additives and formed by a new soft-hard composite process. They have excellent elasticity, small expansion and contraction deformation, are easy to replace, and can be applied to natural temperatures.

Key points for folding selection
1.The size of the soundproof glass: The larger the area of the window glass, the more sound can pass through it. The larger the window, the more difficult it is to achieve sound insulation. Under the same conditions, the smaller the window area, the better the sound insulation effect, and the quieter the room will be.
2. The distance between the soundproof glass and the sound source: The farther the window is from the noise source, the greater the reduction in noise level, and the faster and easier the noise attenuation will be. Short-wave noise can rapidly attenuate as the distance increases or when encountering obstacles, with a decrease of 6 decibels for every 10 meters. Long-wave noise has extremely strong penetrating power, decreases very slowly, and the sound waves are relatively long, which can easily pass through obstacles, travel long distances, and penetrate walls directly to reach people's ears.
3. Floor height: The higher the floor height, the more medium and short-wave sounds there are, and the easier it is to achieve sound insulation and noise reduction.
Experimental measurements show:
Below layer 6: There is more long-wave noise and less medium and short-wave noise.
Floors 6 to 14: The dust is the greatest, the noise is moderate, with more medium and short-wave noise and less long-wave noise.
Floors 14 to 24: Medium and short-wave noise is the most abundant and the sound is the loudest, while long-wave noise is very scarce.
Above the 24th floor: The noise gradually decays and becomes smaller and smaller.
