The window is made by extrusion into profiles, and then through cutting, welding or screwing to form door and window frames and sashes. It is equipped with environmentally friendly sound-absorbing and sound-insulating materials such as sealing strips, wool strips, hardware, glass and galvanized iron sheets. At the same time, to enhance the rigidity of the profiles, steel linings (reinforcing ribs) need to be added to the cavities of the profiles that exceed a certain length. Windows made in this way are called soundproof Windows. It can be installed independently or inside and outside the existing window, without affecting the decoration. At the same time, it has the functions of heat preservation, energy saving, and eliminating ultraviolet rays. It is a product that has emerged in response to different noise sources, systematically considering all factors that affect the sound insulation effect, and purposefully selecting different profiles and combining special processes to fully meet the needs of different users.

The production of full-wave soundproof Windows can be divided into various structures such as light-transmitting soundproof Windows, core-filling soundproof Windows, folding plate ventilation soundproof Windows, external opening soundproof Windows, and fireproof soundproof Windows. According to the special forms required by users, they can also be designed and produced separately. There are already domestic enterprises with considerable strength in the production and processing of acoustic full-wave soundproof Windows and soundproof window performance testing institutions. Such as the Building Physics Laboratory of Tsinghua University, the Civil Engineering Laboratory of Zhejiang University, the Acoustics Laboratory of Tongji University and other renowned institutions.

The main defect of the insulating glass used in ordinary soundproof Windows is the sound leakage caused by the long-wave resonance troughs and short-wave coincidence troughs, which affects its sound insulation effect. However, urban noise pollution mainly comes from road traffic noise, including noise from highways, railways and airports. The energy of road traffic noise mainly lies in long-wave forms. Residents living along the roads have a deep understanding of this. This kind of sound is what people often refer to as long-wave noise. Long-wave noise has extremely strong penetrating power. The sound insulation of ordinary insulating glass for long-wave noise is less than 20dB, and it is simply unable to block the penetrating power of such sound waves. The full-wave soundproof window has increased the sound insulation by 25dB in the low-wavelength range of long-wave resonance to over 36dB.

Reduce heat conduction

Its thermal conductivity coefficient is 1.8-3.5W/m ² ·k, which is much lower than that of ordinary aluminum alloy profiles at 140-170W/m ² ·k. Its thermal conductivity coefficient is 3.17-3.59W/m ² ·k, which is much lower than that of ordinary aluminum alloy profiles at 6.69-6.84W/m ² ·k, effectively reducing the heat conducted through doors and Windows.

Prevent condensation

The inner surface temperature of the profile with thermal break is close to the indoor temperature, reducing the possibility of indoor moisture condensing on the profile surface due to supersaturation.

Energy conservation

In winter, window frames with thermal break strips can reduce the heat lost through the window frames by one third. In summer, if there is air conditioning, window frames with thermal breaks can reduce energy loss to a greater extent

Protect the environment

Through the application of insulation systems, energy consumption can be reduced, and at the same time, environmental radiation caused by air conditioners and heaters can be decreased.

Beneficial to health

The heat exchange between the human body and the environment depends on the temperature of the indoor air, the speed of air flow and the temperature of the outdoor air. By adjusting the indoor temperature through doors and Windows to no lower than 12 to 13 degrees Celsius, the most comfortable environment can be achieved.
