The "pattern" process: When the glass is still in a high-temperature malleable state, a metal roller with a pattern is used to imprint on its surface, thereby creating an uneven texture. This process is completed on the glass sheet production line.
The "reeded" pattern: This is the most classic and popular one among embossed textures. Its characteristic is vertical and parallel straight stripes, which look like streaks of rain or beams of light.
The origin of the name: This name is very vivid. The "long" represents the vertical extension of its stripes, while the "Reeded" implies that it can bring about the transformation of light and shadow and a hazy visual effect, as soft as a rainbow. It is also a saying that the old TV factory with the brand name "Changhong" once widely used this kind of glass as the casing.

The already fabricated reeded embossed flat glass is sent into the tempering furnace, heated to a temperature close to the softening point (about 700℃), and then cooled rapidly and evenly.
