All glass that has undergone sandblasting processing can be called sandblasted glass.

In recent years, frosted glass, as a hazy artistic glass, has added beauty to space decoration and can be regarded as the new favorite of artistic glass, adding luster to artistic glass. Frosted glass is almost everywhere in the decoration of Spaces, such as background walls, ceilings, dining tables, screens, foyers, partitions, floors, stairs, doors and Windows, and glass coffee tables... It is widely applied in the decoration of large outdoor landscapes in homes, hotels, bars, KTVS and coffee shops. Frosted glass organically combines the interior and exterior landscapes through artistic decoration, greatly enhancing the decoration grade of the space.
Handprint-free glass is further processed on the basis of frosted glass, making the surface of the glass smoother and finer, and no handprints will be left, so there is no need to wipe it. Its production process flow.

Draft - Screen printing - glass etching ink printing - rinsing - finished product
1. Draft: Design the required patterns using a computer. For small formats, the negatives can be output by a laser printer. For large formats, they can be engraved onto black sticky notes by a computer plotter or output by a laser typesetting machine.
2. Making the screen plate: When using the screen plate, please use 100-180 mesh polyester filament mesh. It is best to choose monofilament polyester mesh fabric. Make the screen plate with water-based photosensitive glue.
3. When printing glass etching ink, before printing, it is necessary to remove the dirt and moisture on the glass surface, thoroughly stir the sandblasting paste, avoid using ironware, and it is best to use "bamboo and wood" products. When printing, two squeezations are required on the screen, with the aim of increasing the amount of ink. For manual printing, the etching ink can be scraped from one end to the other, then the scraper is lifted and placed behind the ink, and scraped towards the printed end. The purpose is to increase the printing material. That is to say, achieve the ideal amount of ink on the glass surface. If printing is carried out in winter, it is best to heat the etching ink to 20% - 40% for use. When using glass, float glass must be selected; flat glass is not advisable. Due to the uneven thickness of this glass, after the glass is made and hot-pressed, the uneven cooling causes the material structure of the glass to be uneven. Therefore, even after printing, the quality of the etched flat surface is uneven.
4. Rinsing: After leaving the printed glass for three minutes, place it in a sink to rinse or use a hose connected to tap water to rinse. Once the water on the glass dries, it will present a pattern like snowflakes. This kind of glass is very popular in the market and is loved by a large number of consumers. By using the above techniques, items such as tea sets, handicrafts, social mirrors and glass containers can be produced.
