All-glass curtain wall, this special type of glass curtain wall, its core components include glass ribs and glass panels. Through exquisite craftsmanship, these two major components are closely connected, jointly creating a simple and smooth appearance effect. In addition, the all-glass curtain wall integrates efficient lighting performance with energy conservation and environmental protection features, creating a bright and comfortable environment for buildings while reducing energy consumption.

The thickness of the panel glass of the all-glass curtain wall should reach 10mm or more, while the thickness of a single piece of laminated glass should not be less than 8mm. Meanwhile, the cross-sectional thickness of the curtain wall ribs should be at least 12mm, and the cross-sectional height should not be less than 100mm to ensure the stability of the structure.

When the height of the all-glass curtain wall exceeds 4 meters (with a glass thickness of 10 or 12mm), 5 meters (with a glass thickness of 15mm), or 6 meters (with a glass thickness of 19mm), the curtain wall must be suspended from the main structure to ensure its safety.

The main components used for hanging all-glass curtain walls must have sufficient rigidity. When steel trusses or steel beams are used as load-bearing components, their centerlines must be consistent with those of the curtain wall. Meanwhile, the centerlines of the elliptical screw holes must also match the positions of the anchor bolts of the curtain wall hangers.

A rigid horizontal force transmission structure should be set between the hanging clips of the suspended all-glass curtain wall and the main structure to ensure smooth and stable force transmission.

After the welding of the steel structure is completed, the concealed works need to be inspected and accepted. Only after passing the inspection can the application of anti-rust paint be carried out.

As the glass panels of all-glass curtain walls are usually large in size, it is recommended to use mechanical suction cups for installation to ensure precise and efficient installation.

It is allowed to inject silicone structural sealant on site, but it is necessary to ensure the quality of the sealant and the construction process to guarantee the sealing performance of the curtain wall.

The all-glass board surface should avoid direct contact with other rigid materials. The gap between the board surface and the decoration surface or structural surface should be at least 8mm, and it should be sealed with sealant.
