What Is Silk Screen Tempered Glass?
Silk screen tempered glass is a combination of screen printing process and tempered glass technology processing products, widely used in construction, home appliances, electronics, furniture and other fields.
Process Flow
Screen Printing (Before Tempering)
Design pattern: Design pattern, text or logo according to the requirements.
Plate making: The production of screen printing plates (screen plates), through sensitive adhesive exposure to form patterned areas.
Ink selection: Use high temperature resistant glass ink (such as ceramic ink), the color can be customized.
Printing: The ink is printed on the glass surface through the screen to form the desired pattern.
Drying: After printing, it is necessary to dry at low temperature (about 150-200℃) and cure the ink.
Tempering
The printed glass is sent to the tempering furnace and heated to 600-700°C to soften the glass.
Rapid air cooling quenching, so that the glass surface to form a uniform compressive stress, improve the strength (is 3-5 times of ordinary glass).
Note: Printing must be completed before tempering, and the tempered glass cannot be cut or processed again.

1. Seaworthy wooden crates or plywood cases.
